14th Birthday

 They decorated my locker. Doesn't it look fabulous?! I think so. It totally made my day.

In 8th period they sang "Happy Birthday" to me. These three boys are so funny and made me smile :)

Nerves

It was a hard competition but with my family and friend I made it through. Hopefully things turn out better next time. I have to say I love dressing up though :) I feel all pretty and special.

Heavenly Fathers Power

A teenage girl about 17 had gone to visit some friends 1 nite & time passed quickly as each shared stories of the past year. She ended up stayin' longer than planned & had to walk home alone. She wasnt afraid because it was a small town & she lived only a few blocks away. As she walked along under the elm trees Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm or danger. When she reached the alley which was a short cut to her house she decided to take it. However halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he was waiting for her. She became uneasy & began to pray asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness & security wrapped around her. When she reached the end of the alley she walked right passed the man & arrived home safely. The following day she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just 20 mins. after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy & the fact that it could have been her she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety & to help this young woman she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a line up to see if she could identify him. She agreed & immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told that he had been identified he immediately broke down & confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery & asked her if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man 1 question. Diane was curious as to why he did not attack her. When the police asked him he answered "Because she wasn't alone, she had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly whether u believe or not, ur never alone.

Stop & Think

I went to a party, And remembered what you said. You told me not to drink, Mom, So I had a sprite instead. I felt proud of myself, The way you said I would, That I didn't drink and drive, Though some friends said I should. I made a healthy choice, And your advice to me was right. The party finally ended, And the kids drove out of sight.. I got into my car, Sure to get home in one piece. I never knew what was coming, Mom, Something I expected least. Now I'm lying on the pavement, And I hear the policeman say, The kid that caused this wreck was drunk, Mom, his voice seems far away. My own blood's all around me, As I try hard not to cry... I can hear the paramedic say, This girl is going to die. I'm sure the guy had no idea, While he was flying high. Because he chose to drink and drive, Now I would have to die. So why do people do it, Mom Knowing that it ruins lives? And now the pain is cutting me, Like a hundred stabbing knives. Tell sister not to be afraid, Mom Tell daddy to be brave. And when I go to heaven, Put ' Mommy's Girl' on my grave. Someone should have taught him, That it's wrong to drink and drive. Maybe if his parents had, I'd still be alive. My breath is getting shorter, Mom I'm getting really scared These are my final moments, And I'm so unprepared. I wish that you could hold me Mom, As I lie here and die.. I wish that I could say, 'I love you, Mom!' So I love you and good-bye.

Happiness

Color: Is what makes me happy. I love wearing every color of the rainbow and have people tell me I am a rainbow. When it's a good day you will see me wear bright colors. If it's a not so very good day I will wear dull colors. I express myself with color! Well, I do half the time. I love the color yellow the most!

Maple Mountain vs. Springville!
All the springville fans were so sure that they were going to win. Me and a friend even bet ice cream on it.

 Story about the shirt. Some of me's girlfriends got out some white t-shirts and dressed up for the big event. On the back we all agreed to put our last name on the top but put the # of the guy you like jersey number.
I was #90.

The game was intents and super fun with all my friends but the final score came down to.................37-6!
Maple Mountain beat Springville!! Hahaha. We are kicking some trash now. Springville fans aren't too happy about it. Bryce now owes me ice cream :)

Friends

 Friends are what make life special! I have met so many wonderful amazing people ever! Here are just some pictures of them. There are so many more but I didn't get them on.

 My Senior dance team is my family! We have gone through so much. I will never forget them :)

 Matt Niu was my dance partner for ballroom team last year! He was so good and I definitely  trust him even though I've been dropped a couple of times ;)

Family and Friends are what make my life worth going through.  When someone comes up to me and asks who is my best friend? All I have to say is. Everybody has a part of my heart that is just for them no matter how big or small the piece is. You are all my hero's.

New School Year

Yes I will confess. I love school! I love doing homework cause it makes me feel smart! Last year I was a straight A student but I was also part time. I didn't have as much work but this year is going to be different. I'm full time. I promise to myself and my mom that I will have straight A's again. Yes I also love school cause of my wonderful friends. They make it all the better to go to school at 7:40 in the morning. I'm very happy to know that I am going to have some of my best friends in my classes this year! 
   This year might be really hard too. Some of my really close friends are moving on to high school next year. That means this is my last year with them. Some are going to Maple Mountain but most are going to Springville. I won't be with the ones that go to Springville. But save the best for last! This is going to be a good year! I can feel it.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2

Me and my wonderful Sister Abby went at 2:00 in the afternoon. 

I was in line for 10 ish hours. Everybody but Kaden came at 6.

Kaden came at 9:30. All in all we all waited in line for a long time. 

Our showing was at 12:25. We were very bored but had each others company.

I would do it again. I know I'm crazy but it's true!

 Next midnight movie for me is the Hunger Games.

Yay for Midnight Movies!

 A'Lea was the only one dresses up for it. She was so happy!

 Bryce was so bored. The poor child has never been to one of these midnight premiers.

Excitement

Dentist visit are never excited. . . but when they tell you you have no cavities. Hmm I love hearing that. I'm not the best at brushing my teeth but I do. My poor sister who always brushes her teeth has two little ones and has to get her wisdom teeth pulled :( My little sister has two cavities. But she never brushes.
        In a way I hate teeth. They cause so many problems. I've had headgear, braces on the top four teeth, and then braces everywhere for about two years. I hate them with a strong passion. They said that they would probably take them off in the upcoming fall. If they don't I will find a way myself. No joke. I'm sick of the pain and problems they cause. I want a pretty smile, not one that has metal. So there.

   July 14, Savannah, her friend, Bryce, Efrain, and me are going to Harry Potter 7 part 2 at midnight. I'm so excited. I've gone to 4 midnight premiers. this will be my 5th. I love waiting in line and then watching the movie. Hopefully I don't fall asleep. Our showing doesn't start till 12:25......crazy.

Lake Powell

 The sign isn't the best choice of words......but it was funny.

 Our hotel room.....It was okay but stuffy.

 Sharing one bathroom with four other people is hard! Talk about a stinky bathroom. We bought air freshener

 I cut my toe open running into the T.V. Ouch!

 Holly as beautiful as ever on the boat. The sun was amazing. I loved the warmth of the sun.

 Captain Mitch. Without him we wouldn't have gotten as many giggles. He sure had fun being the only guy with four girls.

 Nanna and me soaking up some sun. I miss it so much now that were back home. I got very very tan. I love it!

 

 The water was prefect. The scenery was beautiful.

 This was the weirdest thing ever.....and it smelled so stinking bad. I wanted to throw up.

 YUCK!

 After a long day on the water we went and ate up some pizza. You've got to love Pizza Hut.

 This made me giggle. They also had a place called "Dam Outlet"
